For all offers and ordered items, a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal applies after receipt of the item, unless this is clearly stated in the offer, or at least in good time before the conclusion of the agreement. The right of withdrawal means that you are free to return the delivered items within the aforementioned period without any obligation. This period commences on the day after receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer. During this period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You should only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to Fourniturenweb, in accordance with any instructions provided by us. Please do not write on, stick anything on, or otherwise modify the packaging. The return method can be found on the packing slip with your order.

Please note! All our zamak and dyed-to-colour items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. We cannot accept returns of these items and they cannot be exchanged. For further explanation, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions, Article 8a+e as stated below.
Article 8 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The entrepreneur can exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal as provided for in paragraphs 2 and 3. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal only applies if the entrepreneur has clearly stated this in the offer, or at least in good time before the conclusion of the agreement.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
a. that have been manufactured by the entrepreneur according to the consumer's specifications;
b. that are clearly personal in nature;
c. that cannot be returned due to their nature;
d. that can spoil or age quickly;
e. the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
f. for loose newspapers and magazines;
g. for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for services:
a. concerning accommodation, transport, restaurant services or leisure activities to be performed on a specific date or during a specific period;
b. the delivery of which began with the express consent of the consumer before the cooling-off period has expired;
c. concerning bets and lotteries.
