We process your personal data for the purpose of providing our services. We attach great importance to your privacy and will therefore treat this personal data confidentially and carefully. This privacy statement provides information about the processing of personal data by Fourniturenweb and applies only to the use of personal data of its customers and website visitors.
This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites, such as websites or apps to which Fourniturenweb refers on its website and in its mailings. Fourniturenweb advises you to consult the privacy policy of these third parties on the relevant websites.

How do we collect personal data?
Fourniturenweb can receive information from you in the following ways:

Fourniturenweb primarily uses obtained personal data for the execution of the agreement we conclude with the customer in the context of online sales and for internal administration. More specifically, we ask you to share your personal data with us for the following purposes:
- For the purpose of entering into, maintaining and improving the contractual relationship with its (potential) customers, or for improving the services and products.
- For applying and fulfilling legal obligations.
- For sharing news and updates regarding our products.

Fourniturenweb may send newsletters by e-mail. If you no longer wish to receive a newsletter, you can use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter.
Personal data will not be used for purposes other than those described above.
With whom do we share your personal data?
Fourniturenweb may share your personal data with companies affiliated with Fourniturenweb, its clients, subcontractors (such as processors) who provide services or carry out assignments on our behalf, suppliers, government agencies and other business relations.

What rights do you have?
You must ensure that Fourniturenweb has the correct personal data. Via the e-mail address info@fourniturenweb.nl you can object in writing to the use of certain data by Fournituren, or request access to, correction and/or deletion of your (personal) data. Upon written request, any corrections you communicate will be processed. Fourniturenweb will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
Complaints about the use of personal data can be addressed to Fourniturenweb or to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
How do we secure your personal data?
Fourniturenweb takes the protection of personal data extremely seriously and takes appropriate physical, administrative, organizational and technical measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
